Company Profile

1. What are the applications of industrial automation instruments? Industrial process measurement and control instruments are instruments that detect, display, record, or control process parameters in industrial production processes. They are also known as instruments that detect, display, record, or control process parameters, or (industrial) process detection and control instruments. The above is an introduction to Baidu Baike. In my personal opinion, if we compare the industrial automation production process to a person, automation instruments are their eyes, nose, ears, and skin, responsible for collecting various data during the production process and serving as the foundation of industrial automation.

2. Design of P&ID

In engineering design, P&ID diagrams (piping and instrumentation diagrams) provide detailed information about equipment and pipelines.

. These contents include: equipment names, such as pump head verification pipeline, uniform flow pipeline, catalyst pipeline and liquid seal pipeline, as well as special pipelines such as two-phase flow pipeline and slurry pipeline. The setting of safety valves and breathing valves, such as inlet and outlet pipelines, as well as pressure drop requirements (such as 3% constant pressure for safety valves). Process condition verification, including pipeline number, grade, self-control design, as well as pipeline slope, special requirements, and dimensions. Deepen the design of equipment components, including the labeling of non-standard accessories, as well as considerations for anti freezing measures and utility material pipelines. The iteration of the design phase, from preliminary equipment and process pipelines to detailed construction drawings, requires each version to be reviewed and modified. Strictly follow the rules for modifying drawings, proposed by the construction unit and signed and confirmed by the project leader. The design materials cover various aspects such as PFD, equipment performance, self-control scheme, material list, and standard specifications. During the drawing process, the equipment layout follows a left to right flow, with specific equipment positions fixed and process pipelines, vent pipelines, and utility material pipelines clearly marked. At the initial stage of design, the information may not be complete, but it will gradually be supplemented as the project progresses. The drawing standard for P&ID diagrams usually adopts l # or 0 # drawings, with special emphasis on the arrow pointing, connection number, medium name, equipment tag number, and drawing number annotation of the pipeline diagram, as well as the display of pipeline size, pressure rating, and valve configuration through the utility process diagram (UID), such as cooling water and flushing oil pipelines. Extended data P&ID (Process and Instrument Diagram) refers to the pipeline and instrument flow diagram, as well as the pipeline and instrument flow diagram. By using standardized graphic symbols and text codes, all equipment, instruments, pipelines, valves, and major fittings required for establishing chemical process units are combined in a graphical manner according to their respective functions and process requirements, in order to describe the structure and function of the process unit. The design of P&ID is based on PFD. It is an important process in the engineering design of chemical plants, from process flow to construction design, and serves as the basis for fact
